Public Procurement
Denmark has a keen tradition of very strict observance regarding rules on procurement procedures. We assist both public and private clients in matters of public procurement and constantly strive to expand our in-depth knowledge of pertinent regulations.
In order to service our clients in the best possible manner, we maintain a close contact to the European Commission as well as the Danish Competition Agency ("Konkurrencestyrelsen"). This enables us to guide our clients through a very complex area of law and help them avoid the many pitfalls found in the process of public procurement.
We offer to take responsibility of the entire procurement material and project management. Furthermore, we are currently developing an Internet based procurement database, where our clients may find answers to procurement related questions and gain access to "boiler plate" documents related to EU procurement.
